摘　　要：介绍了250TJ3型高压柱塞泵的结构、工作原理及聚合釜清洗工艺流程。结合生产实际,分析了250TJ3型高压柱塞泵在运行过程中出现的问题,给出了250TJ3型高压柱塞泵及配套清洗设备的正常操作、维护与保养、故障处理。The structure,working principle and cleaning process of high pressure piston pump 250TJ3 were introduced.Combined with the actual production,the operation problems of high pressure piston pump 250Tj3 were analyzed,and the normal operation,maintenance,and troubleshooting methods of high pressure piston pump 250TJ3 and the supporting cleaning equipment were given.
