摘 要:目的:分析尿常规检验中应用尿沉渣全自动分析仪和显微镜检测的阳性检出价值。方法:选取2021年9月~2022年8月尿常规检验资料1000例,全部实施尿沉渣全自动分析仪检测、显微镜检测与尿干化学分析仪检测,按照尿检方法将资料分组,A组(尿沉渣全自动分析仪)1000例,B组(显微镜检测)1000例,C组(尿干化学分析仪检测)1000例,比较阳性检出率。结果:红细胞检测比较,C组阳性率[44.10%(441/1000)]高于A组[35.30%(353/1000)]、B组[34.70%(347/1000)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),A组红细胞阳性率与B组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);白细胞检测比较,C组阳性率[24.60%(246/1000)]低于A组[33.70%(337/1000)]、B组[32.80%(328/1000)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),A组与B组白细胞阳性率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:采用显微镜检验法与尿沉渣全自动分析仪进行尿常规检验均可在一定程度上检出红细胞或白细胞异常,阳性检出率相近,两种检验法各有优缺点,在临床检验中应根据患者实际情况合理选择检验方法。Objective:To analyze the positive detection value of urine sediment automatic analyzer and microscope in routine urine test.Methods:1000 cases of routine urine test data from September 2021 to August 2022 were selected,all urine sediments were detected by automatic analyzer,microscope and urine dry chemistry analyzer,and the data were divided into groups according to the urine test method:1000 cases in group A(urine sediment automatic analyzer),1000 cases in group B(microscopic test),and 1000 cases in group C(urine dry chemistry analyzer).The positive detection rate was compared.Results:Compared with the red blood cell test,the positive rate of group C[44.10%(441/1000)]was higher than that of group A[35.30%(353/1000)]and group B[34.70%(347/1000)],with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The positive rate of red blood cells in group A was not significantly different from that in group B(P>0.05);Compared with the WBC test,the positive rate of group C[24.60%(246/1000)]was lower than that of group A[33.70%(337/1000)]and group B[32.80%(328/1000)],with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the positive rate of WBC in group A and group B(P>0.05).Conclusion:Both microscopic examination and urine sediment automatic analyzer can detect abnormal red blood cells or white blood cells to a certain extent,and the positive detection rate is similar.Each of the two methods has advantages and disadvantages.In clinical examination,the test method should be selected reasonably according to the actual situation of patients.
