科宝仪对尿pH值及尿蛋白检出率的影响研究

摘　　要：目的:分析科宝仪对尿pH值及尿蛋白检出率的影响。方法:2020年1月~2020年10月收集尿液样本284例,随机抽取分两组,142例研究组使用科宝仪检测,142例对照组使用人工肉眼判读,对比两组阳性检出率,灵敏度和特异性。结果:与对照组进行比较,研究组的真阳性检出率高(P<0.05),灵敏度和特异性高(P<0.05)。结论:对尿pH值及尿蛋白检测时使用科宝仪,可以提高真阳性检出率,降低假阳性和假阴性率,并且灵敏度和特异性均更高,具有临床应用价值,但是仍需根据实际情况进行选择,因为科宝仪仍存在假阴性和假阳性的情况,所以建议可以将人工肉眼判读和科宝仪进行联合检测,提高疾病的检出率。Objective:To analyze the influence of Kebao instrument on urine pH value and detection rate of urine protein.Methods:284 urine samples were collected from January 2020 to October 2020,and randomly divided into two groups.142 cases in the study group were detected with Kebao instrument,and 142 cases in the control group were interpreted with artificial eyes.The positive detection rate,sensitivity and specificity of the two groups were compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the true positive detection rate of the study group was high(P<0.05),and the sensitivity and specificity were high(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of Kebao instrument for urine pH and urine protein detection can increase the true-positive detection rate,reduce the false-positive and false-negative rate,and have high sensitivity and specificity.It has clinical application value,but it still needs to be clinically applied.Choose according to the actual situation.Because there are still false negatives and false positives in Kebao instrument,it is recommended to combine labor and Kebao instrument to improve the detection rate of diseases.
