Objective:To analyze the clinical effect and value of high throughput dialysis and routine dialysis in uremic stage of chronic renal failure. Methods:The subjects of this study were 56 uremic patients with chronic renal failure who received hemodialysis machine treatment in our hospital.According to the different implementation of dialysis methods, patients were divided into groups, including 28 patients receiving high-throughput dialysis as the study group, and 28 patients receiving routine dialysis as the reference group. Results:The treatment effect of the patients in the reference group was significantly worse than that of the patients in the study group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in clearance of small molecule toxins between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05);There was no significant difference between the two groups in the levels of middle and macromolecular toxins and immunoglobulins before treatment(P>0.05);After treatment, the above indexes of patients in the study group were significantly different from those in the reference group(P<0.05).There was a significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:High-throughput hemodialyzer is an ideal treatment for uremic patients with chronic renal failure.
