摘　　要：现代医院的发展离不开先进的医疗设备,无论是检查设备还是治疗设备,都能够有效代替人工操作,提高治疗的成功率。在我国医疗现代化快速发展的背景下,医院医疗设备的种类也在显著增加,各部门对医疗设备的管理要求也各不相同,如以此来就导致医院医疗设备管理存在很多问题,例如设备损坏、设备丢失、设备故障等,既造成了医院医疗设备浪费问题,又会延误患者治疗,影响医院的口碑和形象。因此医院必须高度重视医疗设备管理的重要作用,并且采取行之有效的管理措施,提高医院医疗设备管理水平,保障各种医疗设备稳定运行。本文首先对医疗设备进行分类,明确医疗设备管理的意义和目标,然后总结当前医院医疗设备管理的常见问题,提出针对性的管理方案,为医院医疗设备管理提供重要参考依据。The development of modern hospitals cannot be separated from advanced medical equipment,whether inspection equipment or treatment equipment,which can effectively replace manual operation and improve the success rate of treatment.With the rapid development of China’s medical modernization,the types of medical equipment in hospitals are also increasing significantly,and the management requirements of medical equipment in various departments are also different.As a result,there are many problems in the management of medical equipment in hospitals,such as equipment damage,equipment loss,equipment failure,etc.,which not only causes the waste of medical equipment in hospitals,but also delays the treatment of patients and affects the reputation and image of hospitals.Therefore,hospitals must attach great importance to the important role of medical equipment management,and take effective management measures to improve the level of hospital medical equipment management and ensure the stable operation of all kinds of medical equipment.Firstly,this paper classifies medical equipment,defines the significance and objectives of medical equipment management,then summarizes the common problems of current hospital medical equipment management,and puts forward targeted management schemes,which provide important reference for hospital medical equipment management.
