针灸联合康复训练治疗体操和武术运动员慢性腰肌劳损疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:通过观察针灸联合康复训练治疗体操和武术运动员慢性腰肌劳损临床疗效,为临床治疗运动员慢性腰肌劳损提供参考借鉴。方法:以2020年8月~2021年7月期间山西省体操武术运动中心慢性腰肌劳损60例运动员为主要研究对象,对照组采用针灸治疗,实验组在针灸治疗的基础上增加康复训练,比较两组疗效、治疗前和治疗后2周、4周VAS评分、ODI评分。结果:(1)治疗效果:研究组有效率为93.33%,高于对照组76.67%;(2)疼痛和功能改善程度:两组VAS、ODI均有改善,实验组VAS、ODI改善明显大于对照组。结论:针灸联合康复训练治疗运动员慢性腰肌劳损可有效缓解疼痛,改善腰部功能活动度,增强腰部功能,促进患者早日康复,值得临床参考和借鉴。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of chronic lumbar muscle strain in gymnasts and Wushu athletes,and to provide reference for the clinical treatment of chronic lumbar muscle strain in athletes.Methods:in August 2020~July 2021 Wushu in Shanxi Province gymnastics center during chronic strain of lumbar muscles,60 cases of athletes as the main research object,the control group treated by acupuncture and moxibustion,the team increase rehabilitation training on the basis of the acupuncture treatment,compared two groups of curative effect,before and after treatment for 2 weeks,4 weeks VAS score,ODI score.Results:(1)Treatment effect:the effective rate of the study group was 93.33%,higher than that of the control group 76.67%;(2)Pain and functional improvement:VAS and ODI were improved in both groups,and the improvement of VAS and ODI in the study group was significantly greater than that in the control group.Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of chronic lumbar muscle strain in athletes can effectively relieve pain,improve lumbar function range of motion,enhance lumbar function,and promote early recovery of patients,which is worthy of clinical reference and reference.
