摘　　要：健美操是一门集体操、音乐、舞蹈于一体的有氧运动项目,深受大家的喜欢。高校公共体育选项中,健美操选项是比较受欢迎的一个项目,学生每次“抢课”都得卡时间、拼网速。结合课程思政背景及健美操课程本身的特点,探索健美操课程思政的思路:一是构建知识能力德育三大目标知识板块内容;二是多学科沟通,实现“三育人”的有机结合;三是“互联网+”的合理利用,提升教师课程思政能力;四是深度挖掘课程相关思政素材,运用好经曲素材和红色文化资源,实现润“物”有声、无声的有机结合。Calisthenics is a collective exercise,music,dance in one of the aerobic exercise project,loved by everyone.Among the public sports options in colleges and universities,aerobics is a popular item.Every time students"grab a class",they have to pay for the time and speed of the Internet.Combining the ideological and political background of the course and the characteristics of the aerobics course itself,this paper explores the ideological and political thoughts of the aerobics course.Second,multi-disciplinary communication,to achieve the organic combination of"three education";Third,the rational use of"Internet+"to improve teachers'ideological and political ability;Fourth,excavate the relevant ideological and political materials of the course,make good use of classics and music materials and red cultural resources,and realize the organic combination of sound and silence of"things".
