男子铅球二级运动员专项素质与专项成绩的相关性研究

摘　　要：文章运用逐步回归的方法,以男子铅球二级运动员的专项素质与专项成绩的相关性作为研究对象,试图找出它们之间的定量关系。结果表明:(1)铅球运动员的体重、100m跑和卧推3项指标与其最终成绩关系密切。(2)对男子二级铅球运动员的专项成绩影响的主要素质指标依次为体重、卧推、深蹲、后抛实心球、抓举、100m、身高、立定跳远等。(3)深蹲、卧推、后抛实心球和抓举4项力量素质对铅球专项成绩影响较大。(4)男子二级铅球运动员的技术动作还有待完善,合理的技术更能充分发挥运动员的体能潜力。This study uses the method of stepwise regression,and takes the correlation between the special quality and special performance of male shot put second-level athletes as the research object,trying to find out the quantitative relationship between them.The results show that:(1)The weight,100m running and bench press of shot put players are closely related to their final performance.(2)The main quality indicators affecting the special performance of male second-level shot put players were weight,bench press,squat,back throw medicine ball,snatch,100m,height,standing long jump,etc.(3)The four strength qualities of squat,bench press,back-throwing medicine ball and snatch have a great influence on the special performance of shot put.(4)The technical movements of the male second-level shot put players need to be improved,and reasonable techniques can give full play to the physical potential of the athletes.
