摘　　要：我国的医药行业政策在2015年开始进入到多变期,业界对于招标制度的重视程度越来越高,切治理招标不良现象、规范招标管理等也成为医药行业的重要工作内容。药品集中招标采购制度强调分阶段、分类别模式的集中招标采购,既是对传统药品采购模式的突破,同时也让药品质量得到有效提升,优化了药品行业管理的实效性。本文首先分析我国药品采购的演变历程,其次基于药品集中招标采购制度对药品企业的影响,从几个方面深入说明并探讨推进药品集中招标采购进展的具体对策,以供参考。China's pharmaceutical industry policy began to enter a changeable period in 2015.The industry pays more and more attention to the bidding system.It has also become an important work content of the pharmaceutical industry to deal with the bad phenomenon of bidding and standardize the bidding management.The centralized bidding procurement system of drugs emphasizes the centralized bidding procurement of phased and classified mode,which is not only a breakthrough in the traditional drug procurement mode,but also effectively improves the drug quality and optimizes the effectiveness of drug industry management.Firstly,this paper analyzes the evolution of drug procurement in China.Secondly,based on the impact of drug centralized bidding procurement system on drug enterprises,this paper deeply explains and discusses the specific countermeasures to promote the progress of drug centralized bidding procurement from several aspects for reference.
