摘 要:【目的】提高机械分离黑水虻虫沙环节中分离清洁率,探究黑水虻幼虫在不同光照条件下的驱避行为以及净虫沙层厚度的变化,量化分析光辅助机械化分离黑水虻虫沙过程中的重要工作参数。【方法】基于黑水虻幼虫负趋光特性,观察自制试验装置中的黑水虻幼虫在红光(660 nm)、黄光(580 nm)、绿光(520 nm)、蓝光(440 nm)和白光(全光谱)不同光照强度下产生的驱避行为;考察自然光源与人工光源对黑水虻幼虫负趋光行为的影响;探究180 lx白光下光照时间与净虫沙层厚度的关系;比较不同头囊宽的黑水虻幼虫负趋光行为。【结果】180 lx全光谱白光是影响黑水虻幼虫驱避行为的主要光照条件。在室外太阳光(80000 lx)直射下,黑水虻幼虫负趋光行为较激烈。随着180 lx白光的光照时间增加,无黑水虻幼虫的净虫沙层厚度增加呈三次函数曲线趋势。随着头囊宽的增加,黑水虻幼虫的负趋光性减弱。【结论】本研究量化分析了黑水虻幼虫在不同光照环境下的应激驱避反应,为光辅助机械化分离黑水虻虫沙的研究提供理论依据,并为黑水虻虫沙分离环节中高含水率物料分离清洁率低的问题提供新的解决思路。【Objective】To improve the separation cleaning rate in the mechanical separation of black soldier fly frass link,the repellent behavior of black soldier fly larvae under different light conditions and the change of the thickness of net frass layer were investigated,and the important working parameters in the process of light assisted mechanized separation of black soldier fly frass were quantitatively analysed.【Method】Based on the negative phototropism of black soldier fly larvae,we observed the repellent behavior of black soldier fly larvae under different light intensities of red light(660 nm),yellow light(580 nm),green light(520 nm),blue light(440 nm)and white light(full spectrum)in a homemade experimental setup,investigated the effect of natural light source and artificial light source on the negative phototropism of black soldier fly larvae,explored the relationship between light duration and the thickness of frass layer under 180 lx white light,and compared the negative phototropism of black soldier fly larvae with different cephalic capsule widths.【Result】The 180 lx full-spectrum white light was the main light condition affecting the repellent behavior of black soldier fly larvae.Under direct outdoor sunlight(80000 lx),the negative phototropism of black soldier fly larvae was more intense.With the increase of light time of 180 lx white light,the thickness of frass layer without black soldier fly larvae increased in the trend of a cubic function curve.With the increase of cephalic capsule width,the negative phototropism of black soldier fly larvae decreased.【Conclusion】This study quantifies the stress repellent response of black soldier fly larvae in different light environments,provides a theoretical basis for the study of light-assisted mechanized separation of black soldier fly frass,and provides a new solution to the problem of difficult separation of high water content materials and low separation cleanliness rate in the separation process of black soldier fly frass.
