摘　　要：【目的】农地股份合作社的建立与发展是农地流转制度改革创新的产物。分类型考察农地股份合作社的多维绩效及其障碍因子,为进一步丰富股份合作制以及农村土地产权制度改革探索实践提供理论支撑。【方法】本研究在类型划分、特征分析的基础上,运用熵权改进AHP组合权重赋值法对豫、陕、晋3省281家农地股份合作社的多维绩效进行水平测度和障碍因子分析。【结果】混合经营型农地股份合作社的总绩效水平高于自主经营型和内股外租型合作社。政府主导型的农地股份合作社总绩效以及各维度绩效均高于农户自发型合作社。成员增收、合作社经营收入、经营利润以及生态认证等级是影响农地股份合作社绩效水平的重要障碍因子。【结论】地方政府应提供良好的政策法律环境,促进经营型农地股份合作社的推广与发展,规范合作社内部治理机制,实现农户增收与经营效率提升的多维目标。【Objective】The establishment and development of farmland shareholding cooperatives is the product of the reform and innovation of agricultural land transfer system.The multi-dimensional performance and obstacle factors of farmland shareholding cooperatives were investigated by types to provide theoretical support for further enriching the cooperation system and the exploration and practice of rural land property right system reform.【Method】Based on the classification and analysis of the types and characteristics of farmland shareholding cooperatives,this paper uses improved AHP by entropy to measure the multi-dimensional performance and analyze the obstacle factors of 281 farmland shareholding cooperatives in Henan,Shaanxi and Shanxi Province.【Result】The results show that the total performance of mix-operated farmland shareholding cooperatives is higher than that of self-operated and internal shares for rent ones.The total performance and each dimension performance of government-led farmland shareholding cooperatives are higher than those of farmer-sponsored ones.Members’income increase,cooperative operating income,cooperative operating profit and ecological certification level are the important obstacle factors affecting the performances of different types of sample cooperatives.【Conclusion】The local government should provide a good policy and legal environment,promote the extension and development of operated farmland shareholding cooperatives,standardize the internal governance mechanism of cooperatives,and realize the multi-dimensional goals of increasing farmers’income and improving operating efficiency.
