丙酸氟替卡松联合孟鲁司特对小儿哮喘疗效与护理安全性的研究

摘　　要：目的 探究在小儿哮喘治疗中采用丙酸氟替卡松与孟鲁司特联合治疗配合对治疗效果和患者肺功能改善情况的影响作用。方法 回顾性分析自2021年1~12月期间,在我院接受治疗的患者为例,均为哮喘症状,人数为100例,观察组50和对照组50例。对照组仅孟鲁司特作为常规治疗方式。观察组在常规治疗基础上加用丙酸氟替卡松。对比分析药物疗效和对患者肺功能改善情况,从而得出一种更为有效的治疗方法。结果 两组患者的FEV_(1)、PEF、PaO_(2)、PaCO_(2)、炎性因子等指标在用药后有显著差异,而且观察组的指标值更优,与对照组存在显著差异(P <0.05),同时,观察组患者的治疗有效率更高,即观察组治疗效果更好。结论在对小儿哮喘患者展开治疗工作时,丙酸氟替卡松联合孟鲁司特进行应用,配合临床护理,可提高治疗效果,对患者肺功能恢复具有积极意义,值得提高重视程度。Objective To explore the effect of fluticasone propionate combined with montelukast on the therapeutic effect and the improvement of pulmonary function in children with asthma.Methods From January 2021 to December 2021,100 patients with asthma symptoms in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.50 patients in the observation group and 50 patients in the control group.Only montelukast was used as routine treatment in the control group.The observation group was treated with propofol on the basis of routine treatment.Comparative analysis of the efficacy of drugs and the improvement of pulmonary function of patients,so as to get a more effective treatment.Results There were significant differences in FEV_(1),PEF,PaO_(2),PaCO_(2),inflammatory factors and other indexes between the two groups,and the index value of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and there was a significant difference in the total effective rate between the observation group and the control group.Conclusion In the treatment of children with asthma,the combination of fluticasone propionate and montelukast and combined with clinical nursing can improve the therapeutic effect and play a positive role in the recovery of pulmonary function.
