摘 要:目的 探讨莫西沙星和左氧氟沙星用于慢性阻塞性肺疾病治疗中的作用。方法 选取我院收治的慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者80例为研究对象,时间为2021年1月至2022年6月,采用随机数表法将其分为对照组(n=40)与研究组(n=40)。对照组患者行左氧氟沙星治疗,研究组采取莫西沙星治疗。比较两组治疗前后的肺功能监测指标、机体炎症监测指标、治疗总有效率、不良反应发生率。结果 治疗前两组肺功能监测指标比较,P> 0.05,治疗后两组肺功能监测指标均显著升高,而其中研究组肺功能监测指标高于对照组,P <0.05。治疗前两组机体炎症监测指标比较,P> 0.05,治疗后两组机体炎症监测指标均显著降低,而其中研究组机体炎症监测指标低于对照组,P <0.05。研究组的治疗总有效率100.00%比对照组80.00%高,P <0.05。研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P <0.05)。研究组治疗不良反应有1例,占2.50%,而对照组治疗不良反应8例,占20.00%。结论 慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者实施莫西沙星治疗干预效果确切,能够有效改善肺功能和肺部炎症,提高治疗总有效率,减少不良反应的发生。Objective To investigate the effect of moxifloxacin and levofloxacin in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods A total of 80 patients with COPD in our hospital from January 2021 to June 2022 were selected and divided into a control group of 40cases and a study group of 40 cases by random number table method.The patients in the control group were treated with levofloxacin,and the patients in the study group were treated with moxifloxacin.The pulmonary function monitoring indicators,the body inflammation monitoring indicators,the total effective rate of treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,the pulmonary function monitoring indexes of the two groups were compared,P>0.05.After treatment,the pulmonary function monitoring indexes of the two groups were significantly increased,and the pulmonary function monitoring indexes of the study group were higher than those of the control group,P0.05,after the treatment,the body inflammation monitoring indexes in the two groups were significantly decreased,and the body inflammation monitoring indexes in the study group were lower than those in the control group,P<0.05.The total effective rate of the study group was 100.00% higher than that of the control group(80.00%)(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The study group had 1 case of adverse reactions,accounting for 2.50%,while the control group had 8 cases of adverse reactions,accounting for 20.00%.Conclusion Moxifloxacin treatment intervention in patients with COPD is effective,can effectively improve pulmonary function and pulmonary inflammation,improve the total effective rate of treatment,and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
