中西医结合治疗皮炎湿疹类皮肤病的临床观察

摘　　要：目的 试验将针对皮炎湿疹类皮肤病患者实施治疗,重点分析中西医结合治疗的应用情况,了解各自的优势劣势,提出患者治疗的新方向,帮助患者改善临床病症。方法 针对60例皮炎湿疹类皮肤病患者为对象,样本来源于2020年6月,截至2022年5月前来的患者,按照时间划分两个对比组,对照组为单一西药治疗,观察组为中西医结合治疗,对比治疗成果。结果 从数据可见,观察组患者的病情治疗优良率为93.33%,高于对照组的73.33%,具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。同时,症状恢复上,观察组患者的症状改善用时和痊愈用时短,用药面积分值低于对照组,组间对比差异显著(P <0.05)。在瘙痒症状评估中,观察组为(2.00±0.10)分,对照组则为(3.30±0.70)分,观察组低于对照组,组间对比差异显著(P <0.05)。最后,在治疗前后患者的C反应蛋白、类风湿因子以及红细胞沉降率的对比中,观察组的指标情况均优于对照组,组间对比差异显著(P <0.05)。结论采用中西医结合治疗对于皮炎湿疹类皮肤病患者,有助于病情逐步好转,改善临床指标,值得推广。Objective The experiment will be aimed at dermatitis and eczema dermatosis patients to implement the treatment,focus on the analysis of the application of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment,understand the respective advantages and disadvantages,put forward a new direction of patient treatment,to help patients improve the clinical disease.Methods A total of 60 patients with dermatitis and eczema skin diseases were selected as the object.The samples were from June 2020 to May 2022,and they were divided into two comparison groups according to time.The control group was treated with single western medicine,and the observation group was treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.Treatment outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results According to the data,the excellent and good treatment rate of patients in the observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than 73.33% in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).At the same time,for symptom recovery,the time of symptom improvement and recovery of patients in the observation group was shorter,and the score of medication area was lower than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).In the evaluation of pruritus symptoms,the score of the observation group was(2.00±0.10),and that of the control group was(3.30±0.70),which was lower than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Finally,in the comparison of C-reactive protein,rheumatoid factor and erythrocyte sedimentation rate before and after treatment,the indicators of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of integrated Chinese and Western medicine for dermatitis and eczema dermatosis patients,is helpful to gradually improve the condition,improve clinical indicators,worthy of promotion.
