综合护理对高胆红素血症新生儿体格及智能发育的影响

摘　　要：目的 分析高胆红素血症新生儿治疗期间的护理需求,评价综合护理干预对患儿体格、智能发育等方面的影响。方法 选择我院2018年9月至2019年7月收治的104例高胆红素血症新生儿,采取随机数字表法对患儿进行分组。对照组(n=52)采取常规护理,观察组(n=52)采取综合护理干预。结果 干预后,组间黄疸消退时间、智能发育指数(MDI)、心理运动发育指数(PDI)以及头围、身长、体质量体格发育情况比较,观察组均明显优于对照组,P <0.05。组间护理总满意度比较,观察组96.15%(50/52)明显高于对照组80.76%(42/52),P <0.05。组间光疗反应总发生率比较,观察组9.61%(5/52)明显低于对照组28.84%(15/52),P <0.05。结论 综合护理干预满足高胆红素血症新生儿护理需求,可促进患儿体格、智能发育,护理效果显著。Objective To analyze the nursing needs of neonates with hyperbilirubinemia during treatment,and to evaluate the impact of comprehensive nursing interventions on the physical and intellectual development of children.Methods A total of 104 neonates with hyperbilirubinemia admitted to our hospital from September 2018 to July 2019 were selected and grouped by random number table method.The control group(n=52) took conventional nursing care,and the observation group(n=52) took comprehensive nursing intervention.Results After the intervention,the comparison of jaundice resolution time,mental development index(MDI),psychomotor development index(PDI),head circumference,body length,body mass and physical development between the groups showed that the observation group was significantly better than the control group,P<0.05.Comparing the total satisfaction of nursing care between groups,96.15%(50/52) of the observation group was significantly higher than 80.76%(42/52) of the control group,P<0.05.Comparing the total incidence of phototherapy reactions between the groups,9.61%(5/52) of the observation group was significantly lower than 28.84%(15/52) of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention meets the nursing needs of neonates with hyperbilirubinemia,can promote the physical and intellectual development of children,and has significant nursing effects.
