优质护理在阑尾炎患者围手术期的应用及满意度分析

摘　　要：目的 探究优质护理在阑尾炎患者围手术期的应用及满意度。方法 纳入我院普外科2019年7月至2022年6月收治的阑尾炎患者300例作为研究对象展开研究,按照入院的时间顺序分组,2019年7月至2020年12月收治的150例患者纳入对照组,行常规护理,2021年1月至2022年6月收治的150例患者纳入观察组,行优质护理,就两组的手术相关指标、术后疼痛程度、睡眠质量、负性情绪程度、并发症发生情况、生活质量、护理总满意情况等指标实施对比与分析。结果 观察组手术时间、术后首次排气时间、手术首次下地时间、住院时间短于对照组,术中出血量、VAS评分、PSQI评分、SAS评分、SDS评分及术后并发症发生率低于对照组,GQOLI-74评分、护理总满意率高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 优质护理应用于阑尾炎患者围手术期效果确切,不但能缓解患者术后的疼痛、改善负性情绪,还能减少并发症的发生风险,而且在促进患者的康复速度、康复质量等方面具有积极的作用,进而可有效地提高患者对护理的满意度。Objective To explore the application and satisfaction of high-quality nursing in patients with appendicitis during perioperative period.Methods Three hundred patients with appendicitis admitted to the general surgery department of our hospital from July 2019 to June 2022 were studied as subjects.They were grouped according to the time sequence of admission.One hundred and fifty patients admitted from July 2019 to December 2020 were included in the control group,receiving routine care.One hundred and fifty patients admitted from January 2021 to June 2022were included in the observation group,receiving high-quality care the degree of negative emotion,the occurrence of complications,the quality of life,the total satisfaction of nursing and other indicators was compared and analyzed.Results The operation time,the first exhaust time after operation,the first landing time after operation,and the hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group.The intraoperative bleeding,VAS score,PSQI score,SAS score,SDS score,and the incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.The GQOLI-74 score and the total satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of high-quality nursing to appendicitis patients in the perioperative period has a definite effect.It can not only relieve the patients’ postoperative pain,improve their negative emotions,but also reduce the risk of complications.It also plays a positive role in promoting the speed and quality of rehabilitation of patients,and can effectively improve the satisfaction of patients with nursing.
