研究支气管扩张咯血患者护理过程中实施心理护理的方法及效果

摘　　要：目的 探究心理护理在支气管扩张咯血患者护理过程中应用方法及效果。方法 于我院收治的支气管扩张咯血患者中抽取60例(时间:2016年11月至2018年7月)为本次研究对象,对患者编号采取电脑流水号法将其分为对照组(30例,常规护理)、研究组(30例、常规护理+心理护理),对比两组患者护理前后焦虑评分、抑郁评分、护理满意度、并发症发生率、咯血时间、咯血量及生活质量评分。结果 护理后,研究组患者的焦虑评分、抑郁评分、满意度、并发症发生率、咯血量、咯血时间、生活质量评分均优于于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 支气管扩张咯血患者护理过程中采取心理护理干预,患者焦虑、抑郁心理改善明显,满意度高,并发症低,可减少咯血量,缩短咯血时间,生活质量明显提升。Objective To explore the application method and effect of psychological nursing in the nursing process of patients with bronchiectasis and hemoptysis.Methods Sixty cases(Time:from November 2016 to July 2018) of patients with bronchiectasis and hemoptysis admitted to our hospital were selected as subjects of this study,and the patient numbers were divided into control group(30 cases,routine nursing) by computer serial number method.The study group(30 cases,routine nursing + psychological nursing),the anxiety score,depression score,nursing satisfaction,complication rate,hemoptysis time,hemoptysis volume and quality of life score were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Results After nursing,the anxiety score,depression score,satisfaction,incidence of complications,amount of hemoptysis,hemoptysis time,score of quality in the study group was better than of the study group(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention in the nursing process of patients with bronchiectasis and hemoptysis can significantly improve their anxiety and depression,have high satisfaction and low complications.It can reduce the amount of hemoptysis and shorten the time of hemoptysis,the quality of life has improved significantly.
