摘  要:医患纠纷事件的发生,会加剧社会的不安定,为了保障社会的和谐稳定,就需要构建和谐的医患关系,尽可能减少医患之间的矛盾事件发生,促进医疗体系的健康发展。但目前受医院管理体制不健全、部分医务人员缺乏医德、患者对医生期望过高等因素的影响,我国医疗纠纷事件时有发生,影响社会的和谐稳定。鉴于此,笔者在分析三级医院医患关系现状的前提下,提出了构建和谐医患关系的对策,旨在减少我国医患纠纷事件的发生。The occurrence of medical disputes will aggravate the social instability.In order to ensure the harmony and stability of the society,it is necessary to build a harmonious doctor-patient relationship,minimize the occurrence of conflicts between doctors and patients,and promote the healthy development of the medical system.However,due to the imperfect hospital management system,the lack of medical ethics of some medical staff,and patients’high expectations of doctors,medical disputes occur from time to time in China,which affects the harmony and stability of the society.Based on the analysis of the current doctor-patient relationship in tertiary hospitals,the authors put forward countermeasures to build a harmonious doctor-patient relationship,aiming at reducing the occurrence of medical disputes in China.
