摘　　要：在“互联网+”的时代,信息技术迅猛发展,通过信息化来管理人力资源已经成为产业趋势,并应用到各个行业领域。自上海世博会成功举办后,志愿服务快速发展,将信息化技术应用于志愿者管理已成为志愿服务发展的趋势。笔者就华山医院志愿者信息化管理系统的设计开发与使用成效进行分析。通过实践效果的对比,展示志愿服务信息化的优势和使用中所存在的问题,并提出建议,以促进公立医院志愿服务信息化的发展。In the era of“Internet+”,the rapid development of information technology,that through information technology to manage human resources has become an industry trend,and it applied to all sectors of the industry.Since the successful hosting of the Shanghai World Expo,volunteer service has developed rapidly.The application of information technology in volunteer management has become a trend of volunteer service.The author is analyzing the design,development and application of volunteer information management system in Huashan hospital.Through the comparison of the practical results,it demonstrating the advantages and problems in the use of volunteer service informationization,and it will put forward suggestions to promote the development of volunteer service informationization in public hospitals.
