摘　　要：随着科研经费数目和种类逐年增多,其经费渠道多、研究周期长、开支范围广的特点使得传统的科研经费管理模式已无法满足医院需求。医院通过借助信息化技术手段,建立科研管理信息系统,并将科研经费报销流程与OA办公系统连接,手机端即可实时查看并审批科研经费,不仅缩短了经费报销时间,还大大节省了人力支出,实现科研经费高效、规范管理,提升了医院的信息化水平和整体形象。As the number and types of scientific research funds increase year by year,the traditional management mode of scientific research funds has been unable to meet the needs of hospitals due to its many funding channels,long research cycle and wide range of expenditure.With the help of information technology,the hospital establishes a scientific research management information system and connects it with the OA office system.The mobile terminal can view and approve scientific research funds in real time,which not only shortens the time for reimbursement of funds,but also greatly saves manpower expenditures,to achieve efficient and standardized management of scientific research funds,and improve the hospital’s informatization level and overall image.
