摘　　要：目的探讨圣愈汤对晚期肺腺癌治疗中卡瑞利珠单抗致反应性皮肤毛细血管增生症(reactive cutaneous capillary endothelial proliferation,RCCEP)的临床疗效。方法选择2019年1月—2021年6月本院收治的晚期肺腺癌治疗中卡瑞利珠单抗致RCCEP患者96例,按照随机数字表法分为2组,每组48例。对照组采用凝血酶冻干粉外用止血,观察组予以圣愈汤口服。比较2组患者治疗前后中医证候积分、免疫功能及临床疗效。结果治疗后,观察组中医证候积分及总分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组临床治疗总有效率为87.5%,显著高于对照组的75.0%(P<0.05)。观察组T细胞、Tc细胞及NK细胞水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论圣愈汤对晚期肺腺癌治疗中卡瑞利珠单抗所致RCCEP有明显的临床疗效,其治疗机制可能与调节患者免疫功能有关。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Shengyu decoction on reactive cutaneous capillary endothelial proliferation(RCCEP)induced by camrelizumab in the treatment of advanced lung adenocarcinoma.Methods Ninety-six patients with RCCEP induced by camrelizumab in the treatment of advanced lung adenocarcinoma admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to June 2021 were divided into two groups according to the randomized number table,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with thrombin lyophilized powder for external hemostasis,and the observation group was treated with Shengyu decoction orally.TCM symptom score,immune function and clinical efficacy were compared before and after treatment.Results After treatment,TCM syndrome score and total score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 87.5%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(75.0%)(P<0.05).The levels of T cells,Tc cells and NK cells were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shengyu decoction has obvious clinical effect on RCCEP induced by camrelizumab in the treatment of advanced lung adenocarcinoma,and its therapeutic mechanism might be related to the regulation of immune function of patients.
