摘  要:为了提高电袋复合除尘器脱除细颗粒物(PM_(2.5))的效率,在自行搭建的电袋复合除尘器实验平台上,分别从后处理工艺、滤袋材质、运行阻力、过滤风速、极配形式、电袋结构方面进行了优化。结果表明:增强“电”与“袋”耦合作用强化PM_(2.5)凝并以提高对其捕集效率的增强电袋复合除尘器在脱除烟尘,尤其是脱除PM_(2.5)上比常规电袋复合除尘器更有优势,建议选用100%(质量分数)聚苯硫醚纤维+聚四氟乙烯基布覆膜型滤袋材质,滤袋后处理工艺用覆膜,运行阻力选择1000 Pa时,过滤风速选择1.3 m/min,极配形式用RS芒刺线,此时出口烟尘排放质量浓度符合设计要求(<10 mg/m^(3))。In order to improve the efficiency of fine particulate matter(PM_(2.5)) removal by the electrostatic-fabric integrated precipitator,the experimental platform of the electrostatic-fabric integrated precipitator was built.The post-treatment,filter material quality,running resistance,filtration wind speed,pole configuration and electrostatic-fabric structure were optimized.Results showed that enhanced electrostatic-fabric integrated precipitator,which coupled electrostatic and fabric together to reinforce PM_(2.5) agglomeration with higher dust trapping efficiency,was better than traditional one,especially for PM_(2.5) removal.It was suggested to use 100%(mass fraction)polyphenylene sulfide fiber+polytetrafluoroethylene base cloth film type and film coating post-treatment process.The running resistance should be selected as 1000 Pa,and the filtration wind speed should be selected as 1.3 m/min.RS barbed wire was recommended.Thus,the enhanced electrostatic-fabric integrated precipitator could reach the designated requirement(dust emission mass concentration<10 mg/m^(3) at the outlet).
