摘 要:针对传统活性污泥法在高盐废水的处理过程中具有周期长、抗冲击能力差以及盐分耐受效果不好等缺点,引入嗜盐微生物,用来强化废水的生物法处理效果。介绍了嗜盐微生物的污染物去除机理和驯化方法,概括了影响嗜盐微生物处理的关键因素;结合嗜盐微生物在好氧和厌氧反应器内的实际应用,总结了其在实际处理高盐废水中相较于普通生物法的强化效果,并从反应器的区别上分析原因。在高盐废水的处理实例中,好氧嗜盐微生物的应用较多,而厌氧嗜盐微生物的应用较少,未来需要对厌氧嗜盐微生物的自然界提取、驯化培养以及在厌氧反应器中的应用拓展进行研究和讨论。Because of the disadvantages of the traditional activated sludge method in the treatment of industrial saline wastewater,such as long cycle time,poor shock resistance,and poor salt tolerance,halophilic microorganisms-assisted treatment is introduced to enhance the treatment effect of wastewater biological method.Firstly,the pollutant removal mechanism and domestication method of halophilic microorganisms were introduced,and then several vital factors affecting the biological treatment of halophilic microorganisms were summed up.Finally,compared with ordinary biological methods,the enhanced effect of halophilic microorganism methods in the actual treatment of saline wastewater was summarized according to the practical application in aerobic and anaerobic reactors.The reasons for different effects were analyzed from the differences between reactors.In the examples of saline wastewater treatment,aerobic halophilic microorganisms were used more,while anaerobic salinophilic microorganisms were used less.It was necessary to further study and discuss the natural extraction,domestication and cultivation of anaerobic halophilic microorganisms and their application in anaerobic reactors in the future.
