摘 要:本试验旨在探究在基础饲粮中添加深海鱼油对蛋鸡生产性能及蛋黄脂肪酸富集规律的影响,以期为开发出富含ω-3PUFA的营养调控型鸡蛋提供科学依据。试验将产蛋性能一致的198日龄海兰灰商品蛋鸡随机分成6组,每组4个重复,每个重复28只鸡(4笼,每笼7只)。对照组(Ⅰ组)饲喂基础饲粮,各处理组蛋鸡饲粮在基础饲粮基础上分别添加0.75%(Ⅱ组)、1.00%(Ⅲ组)、1.25%(Ⅳ组)、1.5%(Ⅴ组)、1.75%(Ⅵ组)的深海鱼油,试验为期42 d,分别在试验的第7、14、28,42天收集鸡蛋进行脂肪酸组成和含量测定。结果显示:添加深海鱼油可降低蛋鸡料蛋比、破蛋率,对蛋鸡日平均采食量、日平均蛋重无显著影响(P>0.05)。鸡蛋蛋黄ALA含量随时间的延长而增加(P<0.05),饲喂至第14天时,蛋黄ALA的沉积量达到最高。饲喂至第28天时,Ⅱ~Ⅴ组DHA含量达到最大,Ⅴ组较对照组提升了412.5%,较第7天提升了368.57%(P<0.05);Ⅵ组在第14天时蛋黄DHA沉积量最高,较对照组提升312%,较第7天提升255.17%(P<0.05)。蛋黄中总ω-3PUFA沉积规律与DHA相似。综上所述,在本试验条件下,深海鱼油最适宜添加浓度为1.50%,饲喂时间少于28 d,可显著降低蛋鸡的料蛋比和破蛋率,并显著提高蛋鸡采食量,提高蛋鸡产蛋率,大幅提高DHA和ω-3 PUFA的沉积,且对蛋鸡生产性能无不利影响。The article aimed to investigate the effect of adding deep-sea fish oil to basal diets on the production performance and fatty acid enrichment patterns of egg yolk,with a view to providing a scientific basis for the development of nutritionally regulated eggs enriched withω-3 PUFA.In this trial,198-day-old commercial Hyland Grey laying hens with consistent egg production performance were randomly divided into 6 groups with 4 replicates of 28 hens in each group(4 cages of 7 animals each).The control group(group I)was fed the basal diet,while the diet of each treatment group was supplemented with 0.75%(group II),1.00%(group III),1.25%(group IV),1.5%(group V)and 1.75%(group VI)of deep-sea fish oil on top of the basal diet.The results showed that addition of deep-sea fish oil reduced the feed-to-egg ratio and egg breakage rate of hens,with no significant effect on average daily feed intake and average daily egg weight(P>0.05).The yolk ALA content increased with time(P<0.05),the highest yolk ALA deposition occurring by day 14 of feeding.The maximum DHA content was reached in groups II~V by day 28 of feeding,group V increased by 412.5%compared with the control group and 368.57%compared with day 7(P<0.05);group VI showed the highest yolk DHA deposition at day 14,increased by 312%compared with the control group and 255.17%compared with day 7(P<0.05).The pattern of totalω-3 PUFA deposition in egg yolk was similar to that of DHA.Under the conditions of this test,the optimum concentration of deep-sea fish oil was 1.50%and the feeding time was less than 28 d.The feed-to-egg ratio and egg breakage rate of hens were significantly reduced,and the feed intake of hens was significantly increased,the egg production rate of hens was improved and the deposition of DHA andω-3 PUFA was significantly increased,and the highest deposition rate produced less adverse effects.
