摘 要:武器装备广泛应用屏蔽电缆来控制电缆的辐射发射,互连电缆是武器装备最重要的电磁泄漏途径,电缆屏蔽效能高低将极大地影响武器装备的电磁兼容性。目前表征电缆屏蔽能力的是转移阻抗和屏蔽衰减,其反映的是屏蔽电缆对外界电磁环境的抗耦合能力。从辐射发射角度研究屏蔽电缆对芯线电磁辐射的屏蔽能力,研究互连电缆屏蔽效能测试原理和测试流程,并引用GJB 151B标准中电场辐射发射的测试布置,建立互连电缆屏蔽测试系统,开展互连电缆屏蔽效能测试,结果表明,通过该原理建立的测试方法和测试系统可以测量屏蔽效能,其测量得到的屏蔽效能与其他测试方法相比,测试数据相当,变化趋势相近。Shielded cables were widely used in weapons and equipment to control the radiation emission of cables,interconnection cables were the most important electromagnetic leakage path of weapons and equipment,and the shielding effectiveness of cables could greatly affect the electromagnetic compatibility of weapons and equipment.At present,the shielding ability of cable was characterized by transfer impedance and shielding attenuation,which reflected the anti-coupling ability of shielded cable to external electromagnetic environment.The shielding ability of shielded cables to electromagnetic radiation of core wires was studied from the perspective of radiation emission,and the test principle and process of shielding effectiveness of interconnection cables were studied.By referring to the test layout of electric field radiation emission in GJB151B standard,a shielding test system of interconnected cables was established,and the shielding effectiveness of interconnected cables was tested.The results showed that the test method and system established by this principle could measure the shielding effectiveness.The shielding effectiveness data measured by radiation emission method were equivalent to that of other test methods,and the change trend was similar.
