摘  要:箭筈豌豆(Vicia sativa)是自花授粉一年生豆科饲料作物,在全世界范围内广泛种植,但其农艺性状遗传多样性研究相对欠缺。测定12份V.sativa和63份亚种V.sativa subsp.nigra种质的茎粗、株高、茎长、倒伏指数、盛花期、生育期、鲜重、荚果长、单株干重、荚果宽、荚果厚、裂荚率、单株种子产量、单株荚果数以及单荚粒数等15个农艺性状并进行模式分析、基因型变异分析和相关性分析。结果表明,15个农艺性状均具有显著的基因型变异,聚类分析和主成分分析将12份V.sativa和63份V.sativa subsp.nigra种质分别分为2组和3组,并筛选出以V.sativa和V.sativa subsp.nigra种质中第1组种质为主的高草产量种质群体、以V.sativa种质中的第1组种质和V.sativa subsp.nigra种质中的第2组种质为主的高种子产量和低裂荚率的种质群体,为箭筈豌豆育种提供了数据支持。Common vetch(Vicia sativa)is an important self-pollinated annual leguminous forage crop,which is widely cultivated all over the world.However,there are few studies on its genetic diversity of agronomic traits.Therefore,we measured the 15 agronomic traits of 12 V.sativa and 63 V.sativa subsp.nigra subspecies accessions,including stem diameter,plant height,stem length,lodging index,full bloom period,growth period,pod length,pod width,pod thickness,pod number per plant,seed number per pod,seed yield per plant,dry weight per plant,fresh weight and shattering rate conducted pattern analysis,genotype variation analysis and correlation analysis on the agronomic traits.The results indicated that 15 agronomic traits all had significant(P<0.05)genotypic variation,12 V.sativa and 63 V.sativa subsp.nigra accessions were divided intO_(2)groups and 3 groups respectively by cluster analysis and principal component analysis,and high grass yield germplasms mainly composed of the first group of V.sativa and V.sativa subsp.nigra accessions were screened,high seed yield and low pod shattering rate germplasms mainly composed of the first group of V.sativa and the second group of V.sativa subsp.nigra accessions were screened,which provided data support for breeding of common vetch.
