湖南冬闲田高产优质饲用小黑麦新品系筛选研究

摘　　要：为了筛选草产量高、营养品质好的小黑麦品系,以小黑麦品种中饲1877和黑麦品种中饲507为对照,研究了3个小黑麦新品系(中饲3241、中饲3297和中饲1640)在湖南冬闲田(湘东试验站、湘西试验站、怀化试验站和湘中试验站)的农艺性状和营养品质。结果表明,种质间中饲3297的平均株高和鲜、干草产量最高,抗倒伏性最好;试验点间湘西试验站的平均分蘖数和鲜、干草产量最高;试验点与种质互作效应间湘西试验站的中饲3297的鲜、干草产量最高。种质间中饲3297的粗蛋白、粗脂肪和可溶性糖含量均最高,粗灰分、中性和酸性洗涤纤维含量均最低,中饲3241的酸性洗涤木质素含量最低。综合分析,中饲3297小黑麦新品系高产、优质、抗倒伏,适宜在湖南冬闲田种植。This experiment examined the agronomic traits and nutritional quality of three new varieties of triticale(Zhongsi 3241,Zhongsi 3297 and Zhongsi 1640)in winter fallow fields in Hunan Province(Xiangdong Experimental Station,Xiangxi Experimental Station,Huaihua Experimental Station and Xiangzhong Experimental Station),with the triticale varieties Zhongsi 1877 and Zhongsi 507 serving as controls.The goal of the study was to select triticale lines with high-yielding and good nutritional quality.The results showed that the average plant height,fresh weight and hay yield of Zhongsi 3297 were the highest among the tested varieties,and its resistance to lodging was the best.The Xiangxi Experimental Station had the highest average tiller number,fresh weight,and hay yield among all experimental sites.The experimental sites and varieties interaction effect showed that the highest fresh and hay yields were obtained from Zhongsi 3297 at the Xiangxi Experimental Station.Zhongsi 3297 had the highest levels of crude protein,ether extract,and water soluble carbohydrate,and the lowest levels of crude ash,neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber,when compared to the other tested varieties,while Zhongsi 3241 had the lowest content of acid detergent lignin.In conclusion,the new triticale line Zhongsi 3297 proved ideal for planting in winter fallow fields in Hunan Province due to its high yield,good nutritional quality,and lodging resistance.
