摘 要:通过近十几年建设,珠江流域防洪工程体系不断完善,防洪能力得到了显著提高,但仍存在短板和薄弱环节。目前流域西、北江中下游防洪体系尚不完善,龙滩(二期)控制性工程尚未实施,大藤峡水利枢纽工程正在建设,同时面临着洪水归槽、河床大规模不均匀下切、深槽迫岸等防洪风险,迫切需要开展西、北江中下游防洪工程体系布局优化研究。针对西、北江中下游防洪工程体系目前存在的主要问题及面临的形势,提出布局优化研究思路,可为优化西、北江中下游防洪工程体系提供技术参考。The flood control engineering system in the Pearl River Basin has been improved continuously through construction in the past ten years.The ability of flood control has been significantly improved but there are still shortcomings and weak links.The capacity of the current flood control system in the middle and lower reaches of the Xijiang River and the Beijiang River of the basin needs to be enhanced as the Longtan Phase II has not been completed and the Datengxia Water Project is still under construction.Meanwhile,risks are encountered by flood control,such as floods returning to the channel,large-scale and uneven cutting of the riverbed,and deep channels forcing the bank.It is urgent to make studies on the optimization of the layout of the flood control system in the middle and lower reaches of the Xijiang and the Beijiang rivers.In view of key issues and challenges,ideas for optimizing the layout are proposed for technical reference.
