摘　　要：在水利部的领导下,水利部珠江水利委员会(以下简称“珠江委”)超前谋划、精心组织实施珠江流域水工程群联合调度,成功防御珠江“22·6”特大洪水,保障了珠江流域尤其是粤港澳大湾区防洪安全,有效减少了洪涝灾害损失。对珠江“22·6”特大洪水水工程群联合调度过程进行了全面复盘,梳理调度过程面临的严峻形势,分析了洪水发展过程不同阶段水工程群联合调度方式和调度效果,探讨了联合调度过程中存在的制约因素,提出了对策与建议,对流域强化水工程群联合调度工作提供参考。Under the leadership of the Ministry of Water Resources,the Pearl River Water Conservancy Commission planned ahead and carefully organized the implementation of the joint operation of water projects of the Pearl River Basin,successfully defending the“June 2022”extraordinary flood,ensuring the safety of flood,control in the Pearl River Basin,especially in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,and effectively reducing flood losses.A comprehensive review is made on the process of joint operation of a group of water projects to fight against the“June 2022”extraordinary flood in the Pearl River.With consideration to the challenges faced by flood control operation,the analysis focuses on the modes and effects of operation at different stages of floods,and constraints encountered by joint operation process.Measures and suggestions for further improvement are put forward,so as to provide valuable experiences to perfect joint operation of water projects in the basin.
