摘 要:针对汽车起重机变幅油缸快速运动压损高、定位精度差问题,基于泵阀协同压力流量复合控制策略,提出了双阀芯并联结构的双阀芯比例换向阀。不同直径的控制阀芯并联于同一换向阀体内,针对变幅系统的运行工况,采用ANSYS软件对阀的特性进行数值模拟。结果表明:双阀芯比例阀变幅阀芯全开时压损比现有多路阀降低0.45 MPa,最高温升减少5.9 K,变形量减少0.0097 mm,对于微小流量具有更高的控制分辨率。Aiming at the problems of high pressure loss and poor positioning accuracy of the crane lug cylinder,based on the cooperative pressure and flow compound control strategy of pump and valve,a double valve proportional directional valve with double spool parallel structure was proposed.The control valve core of different diameters is connected in parallel with the same reversing valve body.In view of the operating condition of the luff system,ANSYS software is used to simulate the characteristics of the valve.The results show that the pressure loss is reduced by 0.45 MPa,the maximum temperature rise is reduced by 5.9 K,and the deformation is reduced by 0.0097 mm compared with the existing multi-way valve.It has higher control resolution for small flow.
