摘 要:研究了以异丙醇铝为原料,冰醋酸为结晶剂,采用水热合成法制备醋酸氧铝,并借助XRD、SEM、N_(2)吸附-脱附法和FT-IR对所制备醋酸氧铝进行表征,考察了吸附时间、溶液初始pH对醋酸氧铝吸附刚果红的影响。结果表明:所制备的醋酸氧铝为分级、分层结构,在25℃、溶液初始pH=4、溶液中初始刚果红质量浓度300 mg/L、pH=3的醋酸氧铝用量0.5 g/L条件下,醋酸氧铝对刚果红的吸附量可达580.68 mg/g,脱除率达96.78%;吸附过程符合准二级动力学吸附模型和Langmuir等温吸附模型;经4次循环吸附后,醋酸氧铝对刚果红的吸附量仍能维持在562.47 mg/g左右,可重复使用。Aluminium subacetate was prepared by hydrothermal synthesis using aluminium isopropoxide as raw material and glacial acetic acid as crystallising agent,and was characterised by XRD,SEM,N_(2)adsorption-desorption method and FT-IR.The effects of adsorption time,initial solution pH on adsorption of Congo red by aluminium subacetate were examined.The results show that the prepared aluminium subacetate is a graded and layered structure,and the adsorption for Congo red can reach 580.68 mg/g and the removal rate can reach 96.78%under the conditions of 25℃,initial solution pH of 4,initial Congo red mass concentration of 300 mg/L and aluminium subacetate amount of 0.5 g/L(pH=3).After four adsorption cycles,aluminium subacetate adsorption amount for Congo red is still maintained at about 562.47 mg/g,and it can be reused.
