摘 要:研究了用纳滤膜从硝酸盐溶液中分离富集铀,考察了硝酸盐质量浓度和操作压力对分离效果的影响。结果表明:在温度25℃、操作压力2.0 MPa、NO_(3)^(-)质量浓度52.30 g/L、铀质量浓度2.33 g/L条件下,用纳滤膜N1分离铀效果较好,SO_(4)^(2-)透过率15.99%,NO_(3)^(-)透过率97.51%,铀质量浓度富集至18.01 g/L,铀回收率达96.62%。The separation and enrichment of uranium in nitrate solution using nanofiltration membrane was studied.The effects of nitrate mass concentration and operating pressure on the separation of uranium were examined.The results show that under the conditions of temperature of 25℃,operating pressure of 2.0 MPa,NO_(3)^(-) mass concentration of 52.30 g/L and uranium mass concentration of 2.33 g/L,the separation effect of uranium by membrane N1 is good.The permeability of SO_(4)^(2-),NO_(3)^(-) is 15.99%and 97.51%,respectively.Uranium mass concentration is enriched to 18.01 g/L and uranium recovery rate reaches 96.62%.
