摘 要:研究了采用碱浸—氧化酸浸工艺从含铜、砷、铅的铜阳极泥中脱除杂质富集稀贵金属。结果表明:经氢氧化钠浸出,砷去除率为98.58%,铅去除率为38.63%;对碱浸渣再进行氧化酸浸,铜去除率达84.86%;金、银、硒、碲等稀贵稀散金属不被浸出而留在浸出渣中。相比传统处理工艺,废液中铜、砷共存问题得到解决,铜砷渣量大幅减少。The removal of impurities for enriching rare metals from copper anode slime containing copper,arsenic and lead by alkaline leaching followed by oxidizing acid leaching was studied.The results show that removal rate of arsenic,lead are 98.58%,38.63%,respectively,after using sodium hydroxide leaching.The 84.86%copper in the alkali leaching residue is leached by oxidizing acid leaching.Au,Ag,Se,Te and other rare metals are not leached and remain in the leaching slag.Compared with traditional treatment process,the problem of copper and arsenic coexistence in the waste liquid is solved,and the amount of copper-arsenic slag is greatly reduced.
