摘  要:研究了以煤灰成分分析标准物质为标样,采用高频燃烧红外吸收光谱法测定一水硬铝石型高硫铝土矿中的硫含量,考察了助溶剂种类、助溶剂用量对测定结果的影响。结果表明:采用纯铁和纯钨粒为助熔剂,控制助熔剂与样品质量比(4~6)∶1,测量精密度可达0.93%~3.45%,加标回收率在97.6%~100.3%之间,测定误差小,准确度高;方法满足高硫铝土矿中硫含量测定要求。The determination of sulfur in diaspore sulfur bauxite by high frequency combustion-infrared absorption spectrometry was studied using coal ash composition analysis reference material as standard sample.The effects of flux type and dosage on determination results were examined.The results show that the measurement precision is 0.93%~3.45%,and sample recovery ratio is 97.6%~100.3%under the conditions of using pure iron and pure tungsten particles as flux and the mass ratio of flux to sample of(4~6)∶1.The method determination error is smaller and accuracy is higher,the method can meet the requirements of determination sulfur content in containing sulfur bauxite.
