摘　　要：复发性腰椎间盘突出症(recurrent lumbar disc herniation,rLDH)是最普遍的初次腰椎间盘切除术后并发症之一。了解不同人群腰椎间盘突出术后复发的机制,并最大限度降低患者的术后复发率已经成为目前临床中的研究重点。在影响rLDH发生率的众多因素中年龄是最具争议的一个,其争议的焦点主要集中在高龄患者和低龄患者哪一群体更易出现rLDH。因此,本文拟对近些年来有关年龄与rLDH发生的相关性研究进展进行总结,以期为临床预防rLDH提供更全面的诊疗策略。Recurrent lumbar disc herniation(rLDH)is one of the most common post-operative complications of primary lumbar discectomy.Understanding the recurrence mechanism of lumbar disc herniation in different populations and minimizing the recurrence rate has become a top clinical priority.The most controversial factor affecting the incidence of rLDH is age.This review summarized recent research developments relating to age and the incidence of rLDH.We hope that it would be helpful to administrate a more comprehensive treatment strategy for prevention of rLDH.
