摘  要:简述了无规共聚聚丙烯管材料的性能特点、存在的问题及国内外新技术、新产品开发的进展。以两种代表性的PP-RCT管材料为研究对象,利用核磁共振碳谱、凝胶渗透色谱、差示扫描量热仪、广角X衍射仪、流变仪等方法对专用料的结构与性能进行了分析表征。结果表明,两种专用料在分子结构、聚集态特征、流变行为、物理性能等方面存在一定差异;本研究工作对高耐压等级PP-RCT管材料的国产化开发具有积极的参考意义。The properties and existing problems of random copolymerization polypropylene pipe materials were briefly in⁃troduced,and the development of new technologies and products at home and abroad were discussed.Taking two repre⁃sentative PP⁃RCT tube materials as a research object,the structures and properties of the specific tube materials were an⁃alyzed and characterized by means of nuclear magnetic resonance carbon spectroscopy,gel permeation chromatography,differential scanning calorimetry,wide angle X⁃ray diffractometer,and rheometer.The results indicated that the two spe⁃cial materials presented different molecular structures,aggregation characteristics,rheological behaviors,and physical properties.This study offers a significant reference for the domestic development of PP⁃RCT tube materials with a high pressure⁃resistance grade.
