规范化介入护理配合在行纤维支气管镜术中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨规范化介入护理配合在行纤维支气管镜术中的临床效果。方法选取2021年4-6月20例在规范化护理配合下行纤维支气管镜术的患者,按介入前、介入后分为两组,分别对比介入前后两组的治疗效果、生命体征、血气分析指标及并发症的发生率。结果介入后的治疗有效率为95%,优于介入前(P<0.05)。介入后的舒张压、收缩压、心率等生命体征指标以及SpO_(2)、PaO_(2)、PaCO_(2)等血气分析指标分别为(83.46±5.53)mmHg、(124.51±6.21)mmHg、(102.12±4.74)次/min、(95.76±4.75)%、(86.64±10.54)mmHg、(42.51±12.21)mmHg,均要优于介入前(P<0.05),并且介入后并发症发生率为15%,优于介入前的50%(P<0.05)。结论规范化介入护理配合在行纤维支气管镜术中的临床应用效果良好,值得进一步应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of standardized interventional nursing cooperation in performing fiberoptic bronchoscopy.Methods Twenty patients who underwent fiberoptic bronchoscopy with standardized nursing care from April to June 2021 were selected and divided into two groups according to pre-intervention and post-intervention.The treatment effect,vital signs,blood gas analysis indexes,and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention,respectively.Results The treatment efficiency after the intervention was 95%,which was better than that before the intervention(P<0.05).The vital signs indexes such as diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure,heart rate,and blood gas analysis indexes such as SpO_(2)、PaO_(2)、and PaCO_(2) after intervention were(83.46±5.53)mmHg,(124.51±6.21)mmHg,(102.12±4.74)beats/min,(95.76±4.75)%,(86.64±10.54)mmHg,(42.51±12.21)mmHg,were better than before the intervention(P<0.05),and the post-intervention complication rate was 15%,which was better than 50%before the intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical application of standardized interventional care in performing fiberoptic bronchoscopy is effective and worthy of further application.
