摘 要:目的 探索杏叶防风种子适宜萌发条件,为人工栽培奠定基础。方法 以消毒河沙为苗床,在恒温光照培养箱中,考察不同温度、水分和不同药剂处理对杏叶防风种子萌发规律的影响;在25℃,12 h光照/12 h黑暗条件下进行萌发,考察不同批次杏叶防风种子萌发规律。结果 不同批次萌发开始在4 d前后、萌发结束在7 d前后,发芽率均值为87.93%;水分、温度和药剂处理对杏叶防风种子萌发过程有显著影响(P<0.05);育苗以温度20~25℃、土壤水分含量75%~80%、草木灰拌种作前处理为佳。结论 杏叶防风野生变栽培具有很高的可行性,通过种子繁育栽培可为其大规模可持续开发利用奠定基础。Objective To explore the suitable germination conditions of Pimpinella candolleana seeds,laying the foundation for artificial cultivation.Methods This study was conducted in incubator with constant temperature and light.Effects of different temperature,moisture,reagent on seeds germination of P.candolleana were investigated with disinfected sands as the seedbed.And the germination of different batch seeds was investigated at the condition of 25 ℃,12 h light/12 h dark.Results Different temperature,moisture,reagents significantly affected the seeds germination process of P.candolleana(P<0.05).The best germination condition is followed as 20~25 ℃,75%~80% of soils moisture and seed dressing with plant ash.The germination of different batch seeds began at about 4 th day and finished at about 7 th day with the average germination rate of 87.93%.Conclusion The transformation from wild to artificial culture of P.candolleana can be realized through seed reproduction,laying a theoretical foundation for its sustainable development.
