摘 要:目的 探讨声触诊组织定量(Virtual touch tissue quantification,VTQ)技术在乳腺癌腋窝淋巴结转移中的诊断价值。方法 选择2018年1月至2019年12月我院确诊为乳腺癌的150例女性患者,根据病理检测结果将患者划分转移组(转移性淋巴结,88例)与非转移组(反应性增生性淋巴结,62例),通过常规超声、VTQ技术、常规超声联合VTQ技术3项检测技术对患者乳腺癌腋窝淋巴结性质进行检测,绘制ROC曲线,对比分析3种检测方式的敏感性、特异性、ROC曲线下面积。结果 VTQ技术诊断乳腺癌腋窝淋巴结性质时,敏感性为93.2%,高于常规超声的86.0%以及常规超声联合VTQ技术的86.4%;特异性为90.3%,高于常规超声的77.4%;ROC曲线下面积最大,AUC=0.931。结论 VTQ技术在进行乳腺癌腋窝淋巴结转移的诊断中,敏感性、特异性高于常规超声,具备极高的应用价值。Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of virtual touch tissue quantification(VTQ) in axillary lymph node metastasis of breast cancer.Methods From January 2018 to December 2019,150 female patients with breast cancer diagnosed in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were divided into metastatic group(metastatic lymph node,88 cases) and non metastatic group(reactive hyperplastic lymph node,62 cases) according to the results of pathological examination.The axillary lymph node characteristics of breast cancer were detected by conventional ultrasound,VTQ technology,regular ultrasound combined with three detection techniques,and the ROC curve was drawn.The sensitivity,specificity and area under ROC curve of the three detection methods were compared and analyzed.Results The sensitivity of VTP was 93.2%,higher than 86.0% of conventional ultrasound and 86.4% of conventional ultrasound combined with VTP;the specificity was 90.3%,higher than 77.4% of conventional ultrasound;the area under ROC curve was the largest,AUC=0.931.Conclusion VTQ technology is of high value in the diagnosis of axillary lymph node metastasis in breast cancer.
