摘  要:四环素类(TCs)抗生素在水体中具有较长的半衰期,常以微量形式在水中积累,通过饮用水和食物链进入哺乳动物体内,引发肝脏损伤、增加耐药性、威胁环境安全。因此,使用灵敏度高和选择性强的分析方法检测水体TCs抗生素,了解和规避潜在的环境风险极为重要。本文综述了水体TCs抗生素常用预处理方法和检测技术,磁性固相萃取和传统固相萃取是目前使用较多且效果较好的两种萃取技术,液相色谱-紫外检测与液相色谱-质谱联用技术是使用最广泛的两种常规分析技术。此外,近几年发展的传感技术有望取代操作要求高和仪器昂贵的色谱分析技术,尤其是在实时、快速和便携式分析方面具有较好的应用前景。Tetracyclines(TCs) antibiotics have a long half-life in water bodies and often accumulate in water in trace amounts, entering mammals through drinking water and the food chain, causing liver damage, increasing resistance, and threatening environmental safety. Therefore, it is extremely important to use a sensitive and selective analytical method to detect TCs antibiotics in water to understand and avoid potential environmental risks. In this paper, the common pretreatment methods and detection techniques for aqueous TCs antibiotics are reviewed. Magnetic solid-phase extraction and conventional solid-phase extraction are the two extraction techniques that are more frequently used and more effective, and liquid chromatography-UV detection and liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(LC-MS) are the two most widely used conventional analytical techniques. In addition, sensing techniques developed in recent years are expected to replace chromatographic analysis techniques with high operational requirements and expensive instruments. They have good application prospects in real-time, rapid and portable analysis.
