加蓬独立后女性政治地位变迁及原因

摘　　要：在追求两性平等的今天,与女性、女性主义有关的话题变得愈发重要了。加蓬曾是非洲撒哈拉以南国家中人类发展指数最高的国家,加蓬的女性政治地位可以在一定程度上反映撒哈拉以南国家女性政治地位的前沿水平。本文采用文献研究法,探讨加蓬自独立以来的女性政治地位的变迁,并分析造成变迁的原因。加蓬自1960年独立以来,在国际女性解放运动、加蓬政府政策、加蓬国内女性组织活动以及女性受教育程度提高等因素共同作用下,女性在议会、中央政府、地方政府的参与度逐渐增强,政治地位有了很大提升。然而目前加蓬女性政治地位仍存在女性代表不足、女性地位边缘化、女性自身被动等问题。加蓬女性政治地位发展仍有提升空间。As we pursue gender equality today,women’s rights related topics are always at the center of the discussion.Gabon is the country with the highest human development index among sub-Saharan African countries.The political status of women in Gabon can reflect the frontier level of women’s social status in sub-Saharan countries to a certain extent.Through literature study,this paper discuss the change of women’s political status in Gabon since independence and analyze the reasons for the change.Thanks to the international women’s liberation movement,government policies,women’s organizations in Gabon and the improvement of women’s education level,women’s participation in parliament,central government and local government has gradually increased.The political status of women in Gabon has improved greatly since independence.However,there are still some problems,such as under-representation,marginalization and negative attitude of some women.There is still room for improvement in the political status of women in Gabon.
