摘　　要：为提高西医师合理应用中成药的水平,提出一种建立在医生工作站等平台上辅助西医辨证应用中成药的决策模型设计方法,技术方案包括:确定一种与中成药应用证候相适应的疾病辨证分型方案;设计疾病临床信息采集方法;通过一定数量的临床病例调查获取辨证相关信息;对辨证相关信息的各项指标应用CRITIC法进行赋权;建立基于加权朴素贝叶斯公式的证型判别数学模型,并按照方证对应关系选择中成药。以687例2型糖尿病患者的临床信息为例进行方案实现,为规范有效应用中成药提供一个符合西医思维习惯和工作方式的决策模型设计方法。In order to help western medicine doctors apply Chinese patent medicines more reasonably,we proposed a decision model design based on doctor workstation system,which can assist western medicine doctors to differentiate patterns and apply Chinese patent medicine.The technical scheme includes:determining a patterns differentiation scheme to identify disease type corresponding to the syndromes of Chinese patent medicines;designing methods for collecting clinical information;obtaining pattern differentiation information through investigating a certain number of clinical cases;empowering indicators of pattern differentiation using CRITIC method;establishing mathematical model of pattern differentiation based on weighted Bayes Formula,and selecting Chinese patent medicine according to the corresponding relationship between prescription and pattern.Based on the clinical information of 687 patients with type 2 diabetes,our paper provides a decision model design method that conforms to the doctor's thinking habits and working patterns,aiming to standardize the effective application of Chinese patent medicines.
