柔肝养阴、潜阳息风法治疗慢性荨麻疹的应用分析

摘　　要：慢性荨麻疹是临床常见皮肤病,顽固难治,部分患者具有以下特点:瘙痒、风团以夜间发作或加重,常伴有情志失调、睡眠障碍、月经不调等症状,以中老年女性居多。中医理论认为风邪是荨麻疹的主要发病病因,该类患者的发病病机为素体肝阴亏虚,导致阴不潜阳、虚风内动,临床治疗以柔肝养阴、潜阳息风为主,取得了较好的疗效。Chronic urticaria is a common skin disease in clinic and it is intractable.We found that some patients have the following characteristics:itchy skin and wind patches attack or worsen at night,often accompanied by emotional disorders,sleep disorders,irregular menstruation and other symptoms;patients are mainly middle-aged and elderly females.According to the theory of Chinese medicine,wind evil is the main cause of urticaria.The clinical manifestations of such patients are closely related to the deficiency of liver yin,which leads to the deficiency of yin and yang,and the internal movement of deficiency wind.Our clinical treatment is to nourish the liver and yin,and suppress yang to eliminate wind,which has achieved good efficacy.
