摘 要:目的:建立微波消解-电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法同时测定铁罐装食品中锡和矿物质元素的方法。方法:含水量少的样品取样量为0.3 g,含水量多的样品取样量为2.0 g,微波消解采用6 mL硝酸+1 mL盐酸混合酸溶液,室温排酸气,再采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定微量矿物质元素和痕量锡元素。结果:钾、钠、钙、镁、铁、铜、锌、锰、磷和锡10种元素的检出限为0.00049~0.05800 mg·L^(-1)。方法定量限为0.0016~0.1900 mg·L^(-1),加标回收率为95%~107%,13种基质样品测定值的相对标准偏差(n=3)为2.1%~4.9%。结论:该方法操作简便、结果准确、精密度高、灵敏度高,适用于罐装食品中锡和9种矿物质元素的同时分析。Objective:To establish a method for simultaneous determination of tin and mineral elements in canned food by microwave digestion-inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry.Method:The sampling amount of the sample with less water content was 0.3 g and the sampling amount of the sample with large water content was 2.0 g,microwave digestion using 6 mL nitric acid+1 mL hydrochloric acid mixed acid solution,evaporated acid gas at room temperature,and then the content of trace mineral elements and trace tin elements was determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry.Result:The detection limits of potassium,sodium,calcium,magnesium,iron,copper,zinc,manganese,phosphorus and tin were 0.00049~0.05800 mg·L^(-1),the limits of quantification were 0.0016~0.1900 mg·L^(-1),the recoveries were 95%~107% and the relative standard deviations(n=3)of 13 matrix samples were 2.1%~4.9%.Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate,precise and sensitive,which is suitable for the simultaneous analysis of tin and 9 mineral elements in canned food.
