摘  要:本试验采用16S-rRNA测序分析泌乳期摄食芸薹子后母鼠及其子鼠盲肠微生物菌群结构和多样性差异,并检测母鼠泌乳性能、母鼠及其子代免疫性能和氧化性能,分析探讨现代芸薹子的药效机理。选取产仔时间前后相差不超过1 d、体重(55.00±2.00)g的产后母鼠20只,并调整至每只母鼠带仔鼠10只,随机分为试验组和对照组,即试验组、对照组分别为10只分娩母鼠及10只仔鼠。试验日粮在基础饲粮中加入5%的菜籽粉,基础日粮用同等能量玉米粉代替。结果显示:(1)芸薹子对母鼠分娩一周内的泌乳量没有显著影响(P> 0.05),但显著提高了小鼠7、14、21日龄均重(P <0.05),分别提高了14.84%、15.94%、 17.36%,分娩1周内小鼠的日均增重提高了23.58%(P <0.01)。(2)泌乳鼠摄食芸薹子后,母鼠乳腺免疫球蛋白IgG、总蛋白、总氨基酸、MDA含量无显著差异,但乳腺溶菌酶含量提高了54.46%(P <0.05),母鼠及子鼠血清中IgG含量降低了10.86%、12.46%(P <0.05)。(3)泌乳鼠摄食芸薹子后,母鼠及其子鼠盲肠乳杆菌属丰度下降、普氏菌属和拟杆菌属丰度增加。结果提示,泌乳期摄食一定量芸薹子可改变母鼠和子鼠肠道菌群结构,提高母鼠泌乳性能,但对母鼠和子鼠的免疫性能有抑制作用。The structural and diversity of intestinal flora of female mice and their offspring were analyzed on 16S rRNA sequencing after feeding Brassica seed during lactation period.The lactation performance of female mice,immune performance and oxidation performance were detected for the pharmacodynamic mechanism of Brassica seed on lactating animals.Twenty postpartum female rats with a body weight of(55.00±2.00)g and 1 day delivery interval were selected and adjusted to 10 offspring per female rat.They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,10 female rats and 10 offspring in experimental group and control group respectively. The experimental diet group was mixed with 5% rapeseed meal in the basic diet,and the basic diet group was replaced with corn meal with the same energy.The results showed that:(1) There was no significant effect on the lactation of female mice within the first week of delivery(P > 0.05), but significantly increased the average weight of mice at 7,14 and 21 days(P < 0.05),14.84%,15.94% and 17.36% respectively.The average daily weight gain of mice increased by 23.58% within one week of delivery(P < 0.01);(2) There was no significant difference in IgG content,the total protein content,the total amino acid content and MDA in mammary gland of lactating mice after feeding Brassica seed,but the content of lysozyme in breast increased by 54.46%(P < 0.05),the content of IgG in serum of mother and offspring decreased by 10.86% and 12.46%(P < 0.05);(3) After feeding on Brassica seeds,the abundance of Lactobacillus in caecum of female mice and their offspring was decreased,while the abundance of Prevotella and Bacteroides was increased.The results suggested that the intake of Brassica seed during lactation period changed the intestinal flora structure of the mother and offspring,and improved the lactation performance of the mother,but inhibited the immune performance of the mother and offspring.
