摘 要:为解决高寒区草畜季节性不平衡的问题,在青海省西宁市开展了不同干燥方式下燕麦青干草含水量与营养品质的关系研究,并利用隶属函数法综合评价不同干燥方式的燕麦青干草干燥效果,为高寒区燕麦青干草调制提供实践依据。结果显示:物理干燥与化学法干燥均能加快燕麦干燥速度,化学干燥法能显著提高燕麦青干草营养品质,且使其粗蛋白质和可溶性糖含量分别提高了21%和15%。隶属函数法综合评价得出,燕麦青干草调制为:添加NaHCO_(3)>添加K_(2)CO_(3)压扁>揉丝>自然干燥,表明高寒区燕麦青干草调制适宜方法为喷洒NaHCO_(3)或K_(2)CO_(3)溶液法。In order to solve the problem of seasonal imbalance of grass and livestock in alpine area,this experiment was carried out in Xining City,Qinghai Province,to study the relationship between water content and nutritional quality of oat green hay under different drying methods,and use the affiliation function method to comprehensively evaluate the drying effect of oat green hay in different drying methods,so as to provide practical basis for oat green hay modulation in alpine area. The results showed that both physical drying and chemical drying could accelerate the drying speed of oats,and the chemical drying method could significantly improve the nutritional quality of oat green hay,and the crude protein and soluble sugar content increased by21% and 15%,respectively. The comprehensive evaluation of the subordinate function method concluded that the oat green hay modulation was:adding NaHCO_(3)> addingK_(2)CO_(3)> pressing > kneading > natural drying,and the suitable method for oat green hay modulation in alpine area was spraying NaHCO_(3)or K_(2)CO_(3)solution method.
