摘 要:己唑醇(Hexaconazole,Hex)对木材腐朽菌具有较强的抑制效果,具有较好应用前景。为了探究Hex的紫外光降解特性,为Hex处理材的户外耐久性能提供依据,建立Hex的高效液相色谱(HPLC)分析方法,并确定Hex保留率与紫外光照时间的相关性及降解特性。结果发现:在波长为340 nm的紫外光连续照射168 h后,Hex降解不明显,表明Hex在340 nm紫外光源照射下,稳定性较好;在波长为254 nm紫外光源下,质量浓度变化对Hex降解影响不显著,紫外光照时间对Hex降解的影响较大,Hex降解过程随时间的变化符合一级动力学方程(R2=0.996)。以上结果对探究Hex处理材的户外耐久性具有参考意义。Hexaconazole(Hex)strongly inhibits the growth of wood decay fungi.It is potentially a highefficacy wood preservative.This study explored the photodegradation characteristics of Hex and provided a reference for the durability of wood treated with Hex.A standard analysis method of Hex was established by the high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The Hex retention rate and ultraviolet(UV)light exposure duration were measured.Furthermore,the photodegradation characteristics of Hex were concluded.The photodegradation of Hex was not obvious for a 168 h UVexposure duration at a wavelength of 340 nm.Hex has good stability under 340 nm UV light.Under the UV wavelength of 254 nm,the change of concentration had no significant effect on the photodegradation difference of Hex solution.The UV exposure duration had a great effect on the photodegradation of Hex solution,and the degradation process of Hex showed a certain regularity.The degradation characteristics of Hex conformed to the first-order kinetic equation(coefficient of determination R2=0.996).The above results provide reference for exploring the outdoor durability of wood treated by Hex.
