摘  要:目的比较超声引导下微波消融术与常规手术对甲状腺良性结节的有效性与安全性,验证微波消融术治疗的优越性。方法通过文献检索方法,筛选出超声介入微波消融术治疗良性的甲状腺结节的随机对照试验(randomized controlled trial,RCT)研究报道,检索时段至2021年7月4日。评价指标包括总有效率、不良反应发生率等指标,评估两种治疗方法的优劣。结果共纳入15篇文献研究,总样本量为1376例,其中试验组690例,对照组686例。分析表明,超声介入微波消融术治疗甲状腺良性结节的总有效率优于使用常规手术,并能显著降低不良反应发生率。结论本文通过文献检索方式,比较微波消融术与常规手术对甲状腺良性结节的有效性与安全性,发现微波消融术在治疗方面疗效确切,副作用少,值得临床选用。Objective To compare the efficacy and safety of ultrasound-guided microwave ablation with conventional operation in the treatment of benign thyroid nodules,and to verify the superiority of microwave ablation.Methods Randomized controlled trials(RCTs)of ultrasound interventional microwave ablation for benign thyroid nodules were screened from inception to July 4th,2021 by literature search.Evaluation indexes included total effective rate,incidence of adverse reactions and other indicators to evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of the two methods.Results A total of 15 literature studies were included,with a total sample size of 1376 cases,including 690 cases in experimental group and 686 cases in control group.The results showed that the total effective rate of microwave ablation was better than conventional operation in the treatment of benign thyroid nodules,and the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly reduced.Conclusions This paper compared the efficacy and safety of microwave ablation for benign thyroid nodules with conventional operation through literature search.It was found that microwave ablation had definite curative effect and few side effects,and was worthy of clinical application.
