摘　　要：医疗器械的广泛使用对人体健康发挥巨大作用,但是在有些情况下也会引起肺损伤,有些损伤甚至是不可逆的。病理学家、临床医生以及相关的研究者需要对医疗器械相关的肺损伤有所认识。本文对常用医疗器械所致的肺损伤的临床表现、可能机制及预防措施进行归纳与总结,以期为相关人员提供参考。与肺损伤相关的医疗器械包括放射治疗器械、体外循环和透析器械、呼吸医疗器械、心血管植入医疗器械、注射整形用医疗器械、骨科填充医疗器械等。然而,医疗器械产品种类繁多且发展迅速,本文并不能完全概括医疗器械产品相关的肺损伤。Medical devices are widely used and play a great role in human health.However in certain cases,medical devices can cause lung lesions.Certain lesions are reversible while the others are irreversible.It is important that pathologists,clinicians and related researchers are aware of the lesions related with medical devices.In this paper,the clinical manifestations,possible mechanisms and preventive measures of lung injury caused by commonly used medical devices are summarized and concluded,in order to provide reference for relevant personnel.Medical devices related with lung lesions include radiotherapy devices,extracorporeal circulation and dialysis devices,respiratory medical devices,cardiovascular implants,medical devices for injection plastic surgery,bone filling medical devices,etc.However,due to the wide variety and rapid development of medical devices,this paper can not fully summarize all the lung lesions related with medical devices.
