摘  要:目的:探讨基于思维导图的健康教育在超声引导下经皮肝穿刺活检患者中的应用效果。方法:将98例超声引导下经皮肝穿刺活检患者按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各49例,对照组采用常规健康教育,观察组实施基于思维导图的健康教育。比较两组干预效果。结果:干预后,两组健康教育能力、健康教育效果评分高于干预前(P<0.05),且观察组高于对照组(P<0.01);两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于干预前(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.01);两组护理配合度、护理满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:基于思维导图的健康教育应用于超声引导下经皮肝穿刺活检患者,可提高护士健康教育能力、患者健康教育效果,改善患者不良情绪,提升患者护理配合度及护理满意度。Objective:To explore the effect of health education based on mind map in patients undergoing ultrasound-guided percutaneous liver biopsy.Methods:A total of 98 patients undergoing ultrasound-guided percutaneous liver biopsy were divided into the observation group and the control group with 49 cases in each group according to the random number table method.The control group was given routine health education,while the observation group was given health education based on mind map.The intervention effect was compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the scores of health education ability,health education effect in patients on nurses were higher in both groups than those before intervention(P<0.05),and higher in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.01).The self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and the self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores were higher in both groups than those before intervention(P<0.05),and higher in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.01).The nursing cooperation and satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Application of health education based on mind map in patients undergoing ultrasound-guided percutaneous liver biopsy can improve health education ability in nurses,health education effect,unhealthy emotions,nursing coordination and satisfaction in patients undergoing ultrasound-guided percutaneous liver biopsy.
